About the role: The UI Designer will work within the UI/ UX team, in both production work and ideation from the UI lens - designing and delivering Visual Designs for TATA Digital. UX Experience is not mandatory however knowledge of it is a must – the designer may be required to think from both point of views in order to excel. The ideal candidate must be able to: - Work cross-functionally with fellow designers and in conjunction with respective stakeholders to ensure that visual designs meet business and technological requirements. - Work in a fast-pace environment with the ability to yield 20-30 screens a day pertaining to style guide requirements and pixel-point accuracy. - Happily accept constructive feedback in order to improve and iterate on visual designs. - Is a self-starter, does not require hand-holding in order to complete visual designs as per project deadlines and potential changes in any requirements. - Wear multiple hats as per business needs. Requirements: - UI Portfolio w/ Native App Experience - Sketch Mastery - Knowledge of Zeplin - Familiarity with / Knows of Figma Plus-Points (But not required) - UI Animations - Micro-interaction Design - Screen Transitions About Tata Digital: The Tata Group is building a digital Consumer platform which aims to leverage strong hooks among existing loyal consumers of the Group as well as attract new consumers.
